1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Decora AI ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Access Plans & Payments

Access to realtime transformation sessions requires purchasing an initial access plan. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers and verified server-side before your account is credited. Purchased time is measured in minutes and seconds and does not expire.

4. Platform Purpose & Acceptable Use

Decora AI is built and offered strictly as an entertainment, creative-content, and harmless-parody platform — for social media content, digital self-expression, and creative projects. It is not intended, licensed, or authorized for any purpose beyond that, and by using the Platform you agree to use it only for these purposes.

You agree that you will NOT use the Platform, in any form, for:

  • Impersonation of any real person without their explicit, informed consent;
  • Fraud, deception, or any scheme intended to mislead another person or organization;
  • Identity theft or any attempt to assume another person's identity for personal gain;
  • Scams of any kind, including romance scams, financial scams, or phishing;
  • Extortion, blackmail, or threats made using content produced on the Platform;
  • Political manipulation, disinformation, or any attempt to influence an election or public official through deceptive synthetic media;
  • Producing non-consensual transformations of any individual who has not given explicit, informed consent to be depicted;
  • Any content depicting, sexualizing, or exploiting minors, in any form — this is subject to a zero-tolerance policy;
  • Deepfake abuse targeting public figures, celebrities, or any other individual in a way intended to deceive, defame, harass, or exploit them; or
  • Any other content or activity that is illegal under the laws applicable to you or to Decora AI.

You further agree not to attempt to circumvent billing, security, device-verification, or access controls on the Platform.

5. Enforcement & Consequences of Violations

Violations of Section 4 are taken seriously and may result in, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Permanent suspension or termination of your account and all associated access;
  • Forfeiture of any purchased time, credits, or payments, with no refund;
  • Retention of relevant account activity, content, and technical evidence (including device, IP, and session data) for as long as necessary to support an investigation; and
  • Reporting to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities where we reasonably believe illegal activity has occurred.

6. Session Usage & Billing

Realtime sessions consume time from your account balance based on actual session duration. Abandoned or interrupted sessions may be billed for time reasonably used, as detected by our systems.

7. Service Availability

AI transformation engines depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or violate Section 4's acceptable-use policy (see Section 5 for enforcement consequences).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
