FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Decora AI actually for? +

Entertainment, harmless parody, social media content, and creative self-expression — see our Disclaimer for the full picture. It is not a verification, identity, or impersonation tool, and misuse is against our Terms & Conditions.

How does realtime AI creativity work? +

Decora AI streams your camera feed through an AI transformation engine and returns a live, transformed output — no rendering wait, no file uploads required.

What happens to my time if I don't use it all? +

Your remaining minutes and seconds stay in your account and roll over — there's no expiration or subscription to manage.

Can I switch AI engines mid-subscription? +

Yes. You can change your selected AI engine anytime from your dashboard before starting a new session.

How is my time measured? +

Sessions are measured in seconds and shown to you as minutes and seconds. You can check your remaining balance anytime with the "Check Time" button.

What payment methods are supported? +

We currently support crypto payments (NOWPayments and CoinPayments). Card payments (Paystack, Flutterwave) are coming soon. All payments are verified server-side before your account is credited.

Is my data and camera feed stored? +

Your camera stream is used only to power your live session — session metadata (duration, engine used, device/IP for security) is stored, but we do not store your video. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

What if my session gets interrupted? +

If a session is abandoned (closed tab, lost connection), our system detects it and only bills you for time reasonably used, marking the session as interrupted.

Can I share my account with someone else? +

No — each account is locked to the single device it first logs in from, to prevent account sharing. Need a reset (new phone, cleared browser)? Contact support.

What if I see abuse or a policy violation? +

Use our Report Abuse page or email abuse@decoraai.com. Reports are reviewed by our team, and confirmed violations can result in account bans, forfeiture of payments, and law enforcement referral.
